| Job Description/Responsibilities: |
To facilitate training, refreshers and workshop as per plan To bring up to date existing training modules, materials as per programme design To prepare new training modules & materials with make sure creativity and facilitate with using new methods/techniques To prepare course evaluation report, monthly performance report and send to supervisor on time To identify training needs and arrange focus group discussion (FGD) for capacity building of staff and programme participants To coordinate BLC and other programme/organization and participate in meetings/trainings/workshops/seminars for interpersonal development To assist training manager to more escalation and effective for improving qualitative training and strengthen training unit for achieving programme’s goal Any other relevant assignments, required for CEP |
| Educational Requirements: |
| Masters from any recognized University with minimum second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA is acceptable |
| Experience Requirements: |
| 3 years |
| Additional Job Requirements: |
Knowledge on development issues Clear concept on training tools and techniques Skills on facilitation, communication, presentation, TNA process, and report writing Designing training modules and relevant materials |
| Age Range: Maximum 40 years |
