| Job Description/Responsibilities: |
| Provide input to Senior Research Fellow/ Research Fellow/ Senior Research Associate on proposal development as per programme’s need and draft sections of protocols relate to research(e.g. questionnaire , guidelines etc.) Review protocol for adherence to qualitative / quantitative research principles and make appropriate suggestions to supervisor in order to support the creation of sound proposal Plan for field work (allocation of locations and duties, requisitions for logistics/ transport/ petty cash etc.) and validate with supervisor and assist supervisor to develop research tools for the studies Train research assistants on research methods, protocol activities and questionnaire/checklists Control quality of data through implementation of monitoring tools in the field & resolve issues and raise problems to supervisor Provide a report with findings and share with supervisor and disseminate across different platforms |
| Educational Requirements: |
| MBBS/MSc in Nutrition/ MSS in Health Economics/ Economics/Development Studies from any recognized university with all first class/division or CGPA 3.00 in all academic examinations. Master in Business Administration would be added advantage. |
| Experience Requirements: |
| Minimum 2 years of experience in medico-social aspect of medical costing, recovery and societal interest |
| Additional Job Requirements: |
Good knowledge on research design, data analysis and research methodology Have skills on interpretation and presentation and report writing Strong analytical, communication, networking and people management skills |
| Age Range: Maximum 35 years |
